Quadriplegia (all 4 limbs), diplegia (2 limbs), hemiplegia (unilateral), tetraplegia (3 limbs) Spastic 70-80%: mm stiffness due to poor message transition ( with speed), spasticity due to damage to corticospinal and corticobulbar tracts. Dystonic: slow movements with muscle rigidity and persistent abnormal postures that relax after s/min. Correction of soft tissue & bone problems at different anatomical levels (hip, knee or ankle) performed in a single procedure.
