In the core first year (cfy), students are enrolled in about 22 different health-related courses across five campuses. This, in a way, emulates the great diversity students will encounter in a professional setting. The interdisciplinary approach in the cfy also addresses employer expectations in that la trobe students will become familiar with different disciplines and with working in interdisciplinary teams. You have been allocated to an interdisciplinary team of 5-6 students for your hlt1ipp workshop as is the case for all your cfy subjects.
