Informational interviewing: work experience, getting a mentor, trying things out. To summarise, reflecting on wat you want and where you want to go is important. Find out how to get there and what is required. Identifying the gaps between where you are and where you want to be (skills, experience, knowledge). Take action and build your skills, experience and knowledge up.
