"aggression", and cambridge analytica case with facebook and the us senate. Ethics can help to fill in the void between the rise of problems (introduced due to technological development) and enactment of legislative responses. Storage in physical space, things go missing: handwritten notes, can be hard to decipher and/or messy, multiple user access, privacy and security - a whole different ball game with paper compared to what the issues are now.
