The idea of thinking about experts over here and people/masses on the remember what you do or what you say just about how you make them feel. opposite side is long standing. The idea of plato and the cave analogy. There is a source that has knowledge, and over here-> is a recipient or audience that it has to get to. Scientist only emerging in the 19th century. Europe and america have organized their society around education, as well as the rest of the world for the most part but scientific literacy has been focused in europe and america. If we spend a lot of money can bring this knowledge to people and its just a good idea because its good for society and good for people: it"s a good idea to enlighten people.
