Behavioural characteristics- rationality, why are these actions being taken, contempt for civil society, do what activities you are asked to do, operating within this specific organization. Ethnic succession- what strains are placed on individuals who join a crime, only temporary. Economic theories- commercial based, arguing that crime groups come together through rationality and commercial function, not considering outcomes.
