Is an old french term that refers to a harm that we are causing to goods or individuals. An example of harm would be that it"s halloween and we decide to smash a pumpkin. A harm cause by others, but not a harm that is caused by contracts, but is cause by our faults. When we look at this types of wrong doings it causes harm to someone else. An example is someone who trespasses on land and damages a fence. Or fraud based on misrepresentation that is intentionally or recklessly done. It would be where we are causing damage to someone - example: today in his class they had an anchor from a famous radio and he was saying that everything from. Thursday and friday nights is pre-taped on tuesday morning. So he says to the class sometimes he"ll be saying hi to john who is on the market, but everything is pre-taped.
