Exercise: lookig at professor Hde’s favorite agazies. This is a group of 2 to look at
representation in them.

What ways are you racialized or not, what ways do you preform your ethnicity?
Ethnicity:
• is the cultural characteristic that connect a particular group pf people to each other
• Anthropologists have replicated this simple notion of ethnicity because we need to look
at them through time and place because they are fluid and they change.
• Anthropologist are interested in ethnicity and politically set of practices. They are not
fixed.
• Labored disentanglement is discredited by a nation of race.
