Relevant surgeries hip replacement or more globally joint replacement surgery, frequently these people have had more than one joint replaced fatigue, eyes, skin (dryness), respiratory concerns (pressure on lungs bc of kyphotic position) : associated conditions. Ot evaluation: interview (continued ) systemic condition that will have a broad impact on their life, impact on adl"s and iadl"s. Ot evaluation: interview (continued , physical and social environment, financial situation, cognitive functions. People who have bromyalgia sometimes have bro- fog = problems with quick thinking, concentrating : client"s knowledge of condition, client goals and priorities.
