It can inspire certain laws, but it shouldn(cid:495)t become a standard. Second, there was a disagreement in the interpretation of the qur"an and hadith. According to mernissi and ahmed, this wouldn(cid:495)t mean that it is negative, but that society is vibrating there are. Third, there are numbers of verses that are contradictory.
