Match the following cell types with the best corresponding description. Th1 directly activate macros to produce ros. Th2 involved in response against parasitic helminths. Th17 involved in response against extracell bacteria and fungi. Tfh cells play a very important role in the activation of b cells (in response to all types of pathogens) Key role in adaptive immunity: ag-specific, clonotypic (like t cells each individual cell will express multiple copies of an identical receptor), mature and activated b cells are progenitors of ab-producing plasma cells. Can be identified by expression of bcr complexes on the cell surface = membrane bound ig. Like t cells, there is a process of clonal selection and expansion.
