Develop a sense of communitas : feel of community; af nity with groups of people undergoing the same things as you. !1: ie. military - all new recruits are going through the same - often unpleasant - experiences with each other, forming a communal bond. When you are fully reintegrated into society with a new status/identity. Ie. becoming fully enlisted in the army - new uniform, title, etc.
