There is the metope (space b/w triglyph, panels of relief sculpture) and triglyph (3 grooves or glyphs) Battle of centaurs and giants, there is a triglyph. Steps of the temple: stereo bate (lower, usually 2) and stylobate (upper) Picture: temple of hera, triangular element = pediment.
