Describe the process you would take, including the various steps of the process, if you were working for an organization that wished to brand itself with a new name and logo. First, i would begin the process with filling out a proper application that is accurately detailed, explaining the goods or services of the organization/trademark. I would create a formal drawing that would represent the brand perfectly and would ensure that the drawing is, As large as possible, but not larger than 22 cm x 35 cm (8. 5 inches x 14 inches) (government of canada). Then, i would file my application and pay the fee online. The registrar would then examine my application and look for any existing or pending trademarks that may be similar or conflict with mine, ensure my application obeys all policies, publish the application in the. Trade-marks journal, and then provide a filing date once approved.
