Important - personality: the relatively stable set of psychological characteristics that influences the way an individual interacts (thinks, acts, behaves) with his or her environment. Cognitive ability: capacity to learn and process information. Being the smartest in the room but may not necessarily be the one everyone wants to work with because of emotional intelligence (personality) Emotional intelligence: refers to the ability to accurately identify emotions as well as understand and manage those emotions separately. Cultural intelligence: represents a person"s capability to function effectively in situations characterized by cultural diversity. Cq-motivation: a person"s interest in experiencing other cultures and interacting with people from different cultures.
