She is hoping london will delivery these things (cid:498)with conscious(cid:499) She doesn"t want any ceremony just put her in the ground. She has no money to bury her but she is going to be annoying above ground-> stinking, decaying, and rotting. She wants to have good fortune in london. This is what she has been talking about in this entire poem. Fortunes in equities and those who get to bequeath things. Everyone is fixed to it, like spokes, they cannot freely move around.
