Canada has seven physiographic regions, these regions are the product of the three forces that created the north american continent. Cordillera: region lies at canada"s westernmost edge and contain approx. Comprised by ranges of mountains (such as the rockies), plateaus and valleys that are aligned north-south along the western coast.
