Mobility and accessibility are the main products of a transportation system. We are talking about the potential created by the transportation systems. When we talk about mobility we talk about the potential for movement. Accessing a destination is the manifestation of accessibility. Mobility and accessibility are affected by the transportation system and the characteristics of the individuals who use them. Shoes might be the simplest form of transportation technology because they allow people to travel at a higher speed by providing greater comfort in movement. Transportation systems expand the distance that people will be able to travel in order to do things in life. For instance if there are too many cars on the road getting from hamilton to. So for instance getting to toronto from hamilton on a go bus without congestion takes about 1 hour. But when you do not have free ow this number can change.
