Supine position, calm setting => by using distraction techniques (watching tv: make participants as relax as possible during measurement. Thermoneutral environment (23-25 degree/50% rh) => avoid heat impact on metabolism. Simple measurement vo2 measurement (take 20 minutes to collect stable data > daily expenditure)
