Stayed longer than other customers; moved leisurely bc no line and not busy. Some people confused of where to begin with self serve. If 1 person lined up on 1 side of cash, others would follow. More people naturally using right side of self serve to their right, not other side (probably because most ppl are right handed don"t make assumptions that you have no evidence for) 2 cash registers, 1 cashier because during class business is slow. People using right side of cashier just like they"re only using right side of self serve. 1 employee working in front cash employees, other than cashier, are constantly moving/ doing work. Cashier only performs when customers come up cashier made own co ee when there were no customers. Have a scope when doing eld research. Don"t assume people speak to each other because they"re friends.
