Scientific method is a formalized way of knowing about the natural world. The process of science is the result (set of ingredients, put in recipe and can make some sort of powerful observation and conclusions about what you"re studying. Very specific outline this is a schema to understand the process of science. Hypothesis = statement of how the world functions (in the big bang video case with his reference to space all the time, it"s behaviour) Prediction - ties the hypothesis to your methodology.
