If we have all different diagnoses and all different age groups, there is no on way to work with each individual that will produce the same result. Every time we use the tool of music to reach the health care goal, but that is dependent on the area of music therapy we choose to be well versed in: approach/model. All these aspects impact our health and wellness. It was only in 1991 fmri became in use. This is a societal change where we get people to recover in their home environment. For mt, approaches a more accessible, not only in school and hospitals, but in communities too. Also helps use culturally relevant music: research and clinical initiatives in the music therapy field, amount of research we have these days is now changing. Factors that influence clinical choices: client affects approach that the therapist uses, and the therapist must be aware of the condition of the client.
