Just war theory - has its roots in christian theology; morality war, what is permissible and what is not allowed. The laws of war; movement away from the moral and ethical practice of just war tradition to a more legal aspect. Just war theory (jus bellum iustum) is a doctrine, also referred to as a tradition, of military ethics studied by theologians, ethicists, policy makers and military leaders. Jus in bello (law of war); has two more principle; proportionality and non-combatant immunity. Peace versus injustice; surrendering to injustice if just keep quiet about. Just war tradition is not talked about that much in liberal democratic society. What kind of force should we use, and where should go to that stage where we are gong to war. Just war - intervention based on humanitarian; it wants you to intervene, the question; iraq was. Tradition being one of reflection, but also the impact and involvement it has on our lives and actions.
