Automatic judgments- categorize the personality and behavior of other, which in turn, can influence how you judge your own actions and beliefs. Social perceptions- the conscious and unconscious judgments you make lead to social perceptions, which influence how you interpret your behavior and the behavior of individuals and groups. For every observed behaviors there are many possible motivating factors. How you interpret the behavior of a person may lead you to form impressions that may or may not accurately reflect the circumstances. Automatic judgment- instantaneous judgment of a person at the event, it will influence how you think, feel and behave towards her. Me skipping class- high degree of choice: expectation- how expected a particular behaviour is. Uncommon behaviour give us more info than common behaviour: intended consequences of the behavior. Develop different suspicions if different people (or things) are advocating the same thing.
