Psychopathy: not a recognized mental health diagnosis, label for a certain pattern of behaviours and emotional short comings associated with risk of violent reoffending, highest rate of reoffending of any subgroup. Impersonal, trivial and poorly integrated sex life: inhibiting such impulses are not a factor, failure to follow any life plan, attempts to ruin own life. Dsm 5 criteria for antisocial personality disorder: a pervasive pattern of disregard for and violation of rights of others, occurring sinve. Individual is at least 18: conduct disorder before age 15 (3 or more of the following, aggression to people and animals, destruction of property, deceitfulness or theft, serious violation of rules, sneaking out of school or at night.
