Over-quali cation measured as the proportion of individuals with a university degree who work in occupations that require a high school education. It can affect their emotional well-being, personal well-being and economic well-being. Using this measure, 18% of university graduates (aged 25-34) were quali ed in 2001. Based on stats canada data between 1993-2001 where they were tracking it and how it changed over time.
