Objectivism: cares about what causes the deviance within society. Subjectivism: deviance is a subjective interpretation about other people. This labels can include calling someone deviant. Says if we want to understand deviance, we have to look at their psychological functioning (internal in the human body) We can understand deviant mind by looking at how the mind functions. Says if we want to understand deviant behaviour, we must look at society as a whole rather than an individual. Must look at the bigger picture (society) Tend to love food, very tolerant and east going, mellow, not prone to emotional outburst, love of comfort, sociable, good humor, relaxed and affectionate . Thin, delicate build, look youthful, tall, lightly muscles,bad posture . Tend to be self conscious, prefer privacy, introverted, suffer from social anxiety, mentally intense, emotionally restianted, more artistic . Muscular, robust, thick skinned, up-right posture, order than their age .
