In comparison to marx he has two classes that refer to those who are owners of property, which are the bourgeoisie, and the petty bourgeoisie. The bourgeoisie, are the owners of large amounts of properties such as factory owners. The petty bourgeoisie, are the owners of small amounts of property, these are the farmers and the small business owners. He refers to two classes that are owners of givers of the services, the intelligentsia and. The intelligentsia and specialists, salary, non-manual employee"s, these are scientists, technicians, civil servants, managers and other white collar workers, they all have personal skills, they are the well educated, and they sell their personal skills on the market. Due to the growth of bureaucratic organizations which needed white collar workers that were comprised of the intelligentsia and specialists.
