Took a chinese couple, nice people no accent, went to 66 hotels, 184 restaurant & cafes, to see if there was any discrimination. 1 yr later sent letters asking if they would except chinese members in their establishment 128/251answered 92% said no they would not except chinese members in their establishment. Relationship between the cognitive and affective (evaluative) components and behaviour. Signi cant consistency between the two is a strong predictor of behaviour based on attitude.
