Seeing race and ethnicity as a given instead of how they interact and how they create, assign meanings around race and ethnicity. Key interest: the role that structure or social positions have on the types of personality and sense of self people develop. Higher that all of these things are, the happier and healthier we are as individuals, feel better about ourselves, more self assured in our identity, and our personality mimics traits of being more confident and connected to others.
