If you fail the plan then plan to fail. Provides a management tool for board and staff to help guide and assess general organizational activities, specific programs or campaigns and financial performance. Provides an outline for discussions with potential donors/investors/funders/community. Quality of plan determined by the integrity of the process in developing plan (don"t cut corners) Success is measured by the commitment to implement and evaluate the plan.
