Determining whether we are mentally healthy or not is not easy. Not obvious to others and sometimes not obvious to ourselves. Personal issue; may be internalized or go unknown and undiagnosed. Jack. org (up and coming mental health awareness organization) Mental health difficulties are real and can affect anyone, regardless of race, socioeconomic status and religion. 1 in 5 canadians will struggle this year. Uncertain whether mental illness is increasing or whether we just have more awareness of it. Intelligent, strong and highly successful people have mental health difficulties this is true for most disabilities. The world we live in is more disconnected in person and connected online more of a fast paced society than it used to be. Characterized by a notion of fear or worry about something wrong or bad may/will happen.
