Ex. slip/fall inside store on puddle or didn"t shovel ice outside house and somebody falls. Visitor: anyone who doesn"t have control over the property. Invited, consented, benefitted form person anyone"s presence who is not objected to ex. boy running on a lawn. Invitees can become trespassers have to be verbally told. Trespassers can"t set traps, ex. need to secure dangerous dogs. Tenant could be more responsible invited the person, knew about condition (was occupier), was it not for tenant the invitee would have not fallen. Not invitee to landlord, but still owe same standard of care. Volkswagen, ford pinto, manufacturer has duty to anyone who buys the product. Duty of care: design safe product, manufacture item without defect, accurately mark product what it is/what it does, warnings to children not effective.
