We may need to update our skills and get up-to-date with the latest technology. Some key features of today"s workplace are talent, diversity globalization, technology, and ethics. A collection of people working together to achieve a common purpose the organizational goal. The organizational goal can be very broad or very narrow, depending on the type of organization. The organization does not operate in a vacuum, but operates and interacts with its environment. The organization should be in mutually beneficial relationships with its environment - it generates its workforce, capital & market from the environment. It produces goods and services for its environment.
