One popular scheduling approach is the grantt chart. Grantt charts: are low-cost means of helping managers make sure that: activities are planned, order of performance is documented, activity time estimates are recorded, overall project time is developed. Grantt charts do not adequately illustrate the interrelationships between activities and the resources.
