Contractual defects are significant because they proved one of the parties with a defence when the other party commences a law suit. Voiding a contract means to escape the consequences of (a contract) A minor are people who have not reached the age of majority (the age at which a person is held fully accountable in law) Law states that everyone under the age of majority lacks capacity: ex age of majority is 18 in most provinces.
