80 views3 pages

Document Summary

Not a team, not working towards the same thing. No interconnection; have common goals but not an organizational goal. We come together because we like to be around others. People like to be a part of things, better information sharing. Process losses: time we"re taking to understand how this team is gonna work as opposed to how we"re supposed to approach the architecture. Social loafing: depends on the size of a team; the more close interactive, the more someone has more responsibilities. A larger group has people hanging off the edge. Brooks" law: done all that prework and when you start adding people at the end, you don"t have trust and they are behind in terms of understanding the work. Divide tasks based on people"s strengths; giving them specific roles. Working on goals where we need to interact; things are interdependent on one another. People want to be a part of it if there is independence.
