Federal employment equity act ; protects 4 minorities (women, aboriginals, disabilities and visible minorities; removes employment barriers and promotes equity. Adjustment of emplloyement policies and practices so that no one is denied benefits, disadvantaged in employment and prevented from carrying out aa job.
