Something that you are born known how to do. It is not something taught, yet we learn to regulate some instinctual behaviours. An instinct is different from a reflex, which is a physiological response to a specific stimulus. Is random and unplanned it does not lead to a particular end result. Fittest refers to those species that are able to adapt and evolve genetically and biologically to their changing environment. Fittest are not necessarily the most ferocious or the largest. Human survival has been made possible by the ability of humans to find ways to survive in the most environments, primarily as a result of human sociability. Sharing and collectivity is what has facilitated human survival. Enabled us to find and reach food high above the ground. Freed up people"s forearms so that they could use their hands to pick and carry food as well as make and use tools.
