Document Summary
History: how many injuries, surgeries, medications, limitations, medical history. Cardiovascular screening: blood pressure, fitness testing, etc. Previous injury is a non modifiable risk factor. Body size, bmi control (weight will cause changes in joint health) Set a movement baseline for fundamental movement competency. Habits: daily activities poor training/rehab previous injury . Mobility/motor control restrictions soft tissue restrictions movement dysfunctions . Create a logical approach: screen, test approach. Want to see what movements are natural for them.
