Spread mayonnaise on bread slice and topped with roast beef, tomatoes, cheese and lettuce. Marinate beef and other ingredients with 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce and set aside. Great high protein post workout breakfast that i was able to drink on my way to school. Sweet healthy snack to enjoy while sitting in lecture. Wanted something that is light but will still give me fuel before my training session. I wanted something that was rich in flavour but also quite light as it was late, and a heavy dinner would be harder to digest. Is better for my digestion if i have it with my food.
