An inmate will be classified as : minimum security, medium security, maximum security. Moderate risk to safety of public in event of escape. Requires moderate degree of supervision/control within institution. High risk to safety of public in event of escape. Requires high degree of supervision/control within institution. Murder: must serve at least 2 years at max. Part i institutional adjustment rating: history of involvement in institutional incident, escape history, street stability, substance use, age (at sentencing) Part ii security risk rating: number of prior convictions, most severe outstanding charge, severity of offence, sentence length, street stability, prior parole and/or stat releases, age at time of first federal admission.
