Psychotherapy
-focused more specifically on mental health and behavioural issues
-Healy says that it employs more specific models of intervention
-As of 2007, the term "psychotherapist" is now regulated in Ontario and can only be used to refer to
members of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario
-Registered social workers in Ontario are not permitted to call themselves psychotherapists, but can still
say they provide psychotherapy
Case Management
-Connecting service users (SUs) to community resources
