Delusional disorder - people with a persistent belie that is contrary to reality, in the absence of the other characteristics of schizophrenia. Brief psychotic disorder - only the positive symptoms of schizophrenia over the course of less than a month. Attenuated psychosis syndrome - includes one or more of the symptoms of schizophrenia, such as hallucinations or delusions, but the individuals is aware that these are unusual experiences and are not typical for a healthy person.
