It"s a back to back process: how do we initiate movement: prefrontal, premotor and primary motor cortex, prefrontal cortex: planning. Not limited to movement: premotor cortex: speaks to pfc. There is movement but not in an accurate order. Watching a person do a certain task light up the same area in our brain that lights up in theirs.
