South on the schools of thought: it may have worked for the global north or historically accurate but it will not or has not worked for the global south, challenged particularly realism, what is a weak state, weak national identity and economy, inability to collect taxes, poor governance, taxes show lack of government capacity infrastructure wise and fragmented in identities that pockets of the population do not believe the government is legitimate and therefore do no pay the government.
