Vote at your designed election station on election day. A measure of the portion of eligible voters that actually vote in an election. Sometimes dif cult for people to make it to vote on election day. Lots of elections so people don"t go to all of them. To increase voter turnout, an early voting system has been implemented that allows people to vote before the actual election day. Public engagement in the form of voting, running for of ce, volunteering on a campaign or otherwise participating in elections. Citizen participation in public life without government incentive or coercion. Volunteer or donate money to a cause. Exercising ones public rights, often through speaking out in protest or in favour of some policy change. Discussing and engaging with the current political issues. Gets yourself and others involved and informed on the issues. The cost of voting outweighs the apparent bene ts.
