Document Summary

We don"t know exactly what plato thinks only know what he says of some character repeatedly, we just assume that is likely something he would believe in too. People voted to kill the person he admires or loves and then he wrote why democracy wouldn"t be the best way to go about life and politics in all his writings after this incident (as a student of socrates) Consider minority because it"s not always true the majority is right. Who gets to vote, and why do they get to vote. Maybe something to be valued and thought about, especially today when people like donald trump run for office. Sometimes having the intention for good isn"t as good as actually achieving the good. According to plato it is due to a flaw in the design for democracy that candidates like. Some people do want him to run and so we question what informs their beliefs about his fitness to govern.
