In video games you are often given very narrow parameters. Work on narrowing down words to say the same things. Almost like a feeling being captured in the game. Extremely mindful of this to be able to structure the narrative. Helps to live out the fantasy in the story affects the different style and pacing of the film. How the game appears general characteristics/values that are applied to the game lessons to learn/whatever you are trying to communicate. What is the central issue that you are tackling. Not all games needs to have a defined theme. Helps to narrow focus protagonist, goal, conflict, obstacles. Video game stories need engine/things to propel them forward. A way to understand things/show us possible future worlds. Obstacles help to manifest the level challenges on the road. There is a big game direction have their background story with an external top layer stories to move the whole game forward.
