A radiation on the inside = lethal: famous case soviet journalist, killed by polonium 210 poisoning; only way to get it is from a nuclear reactor. Only people that could have done this is a country. In a cigarette, problem is the heat: polonium 210 turns into a gas, condenses back into a medal in body, radioactive source on living tissue, over time, exposure causes mutation. Body changes it into a nasty form, alters dna: nitrosamines, ethylene oxide.
